Digital agency Langoor has launched Pensaar, a design thinking startup that aims to help organisations create customer experiences. Pensaar will help existing businesses grow, create new innovative businesses, and build design thinking skills in organisations.
Pensaar fosters design thinking with CXOs and their teams. They use a collaborative and human-centered approach of design thinking to not just meet, but beat customer expectations.
Deepa Bachu, co-founder and CEO of Pensaar is a former Intuit product and design leader who has been instrumental in building many innovative products from India. With 20+ years of work experience, spanning various roles in experience design, product management and product development, she brings tremendous expertise in creating products that delight customers.
“I believe the next wave of product and service experiences from India will be wildly successful – engineered and designed in India for the world. Thinking through design experiences will be essential for success. Design Thinking is as simple as drawing key insights by observing behavior, creating products and services that are simple and yet disruptive and finally, testing them with real customers,” said Bachu.
