The 10 Heuristic Design Principles

Close to 75 years of collective experience of the team at Pensaar forms the basis of the 10 Heuristic Design Principles. This is the core of Pensaar’s approach to problem solving using Design Thinking. The focus is to solve 20% of the problems that occupy 80% of the customer’s time and effort.
A heuristic technique, often called simply a heuristic, is a practical approach to problem solving that is sufficient to achieve the immediate goal, but may not be a perfect solution. Some commonly used heuristics can be trial and error, visualizing or drawing a picture to understand a problem, solving from General to Specific and other approaches.
